David Mertens and Martine Schoutens, two interior architects, are the yin and yang of DM interior.

This duo gets their strength from their flawless interaction, which always leads to surprising results.

David is the creative brain behind the operation and his fresh ideas will give shape to your space.

Martine is his critical sounding board and the assistant architect in charge of permits but also the person who will put your plans in detail to paper. Together with their team they will provide a unique comprehensive solution for your interior project!

Extra tricks up their sleeves:

David and Martine speak four languages and love working both in Belgium and abroad.

David made his name as an interior architect from his offices in Knokke-Heist. Proof thereof are the numerous published articles in leading interior magazines.

Martine had been gaining experience for ten years in big architectural firms in Bruges before she joined David.

In these 25 years of existence, the team has continued to expand in order to become more solid and today it has permanent and independent employees.

The firm now has bases in Knokke-Heist (Belgian coast) and Asse (near Brussels) so that it can work peacefully throughout Belgium and Europe.
